Where are you located?
We're homemade in Philly, PA.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! On our gifts page we put together popular pairings to streamline
your gift-giving. However, if you have an idea, we can bake it into reality.
Just send Lindsey an email: lindsey@cocolovehomemade.com.
Variety is the spice of life, you know!
How far in advance do I need to order?
All treats are baked to order so place yours at least three business days
in advance. We ship nationally via UPS; shipping method is up to you,
but we recommend overnight service for orders outside the tri-state area
(PA, NJ, DE). We're happy to help you decide the best shipping method
for your orders, just ask! Of course, placing your orders far in advance
is always great, too!
Is there a minimum or maximum I can order?
There are no limits to the size of your order. Larger orders
will take longer to fulfill so the more notice you can give, the better.
How should I store my treats?
In the unlikely event you have any treats to spare or save (yeah, right!),
they can be stored in the freezer for up to a week.
Just allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying.
Can I make a return?
We bake all our treats with love and pride, but if you're not satsified
with the quality or you experienced a shipping issue, contact us
so we can bake it right.
Do you offer treat options for specific food allergies?
While it is our #1 priority to bake you deliciously satisfying
treats, we do so in a shared facility. It is for this reason
that we cannot guarantee our baked goods, whether they contain
these ingredients or not, have come in contact with soy, dairy,
nuts and/or nut flours, treenuts (including coconut), gluten
and spelt flour. Ultimately, it is the consumer’s
responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure safe indulgence.
